When this card is summoned, destoy all Spell/Trap Cards on the field. If there is at least 1 "Sepirenth Follower" in your graveyard, this card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.

 

So it's a Heavy Stormer combined with a Half-Cyber Twin Dragon. Since LV 8 monsters come out later in the game, it's nearly always Cyber Twin Dragon.

 

Too overpowered-Heavy Storm itself is limited and OP'ed, that plus Cyber Twin Dragon, another OP'ed? I would have said 7/10-but with the fact it's your first card, 8/10.

Slight fix on the fix.

 

Like Kenta said, it's pretty much Cyber Twin Dragon. Only with 100 more ATK and you can drop Sepirenth Follower with Foolish Burial or something to always have a female CTD out.

 

Dropping it to 2300 ATK would be good. I dunno. It might get underpowered, for a LV8 monster that can attack twice.

You need some space between your commas and periods.

 

Now it's...kinda overpowered more. I mean, I think a direct attack would be 3600 in just one attack. Combine it with Double Attack and you get a whole 7200 ATK.

 

I would put back the attacking twice part and take out the ATK infliction part. But's it's your choice.

Pretty good for a new member.

OCG FIX: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This can cannot attack the turn it's Summoned. When this card is Summoned all Spell and Trap cards on the field are destroyed. When there is one "Sephiren's Follower" in your Graveyard, when this card attacks inflict half of this card's original ATK points to your opponent.

Overall: 7.9/10

all right, since you said it's your first, I'll overlook the OCG and capitalization errors to some extent

 

for multiple attacks, that's perfectly ok. But because it has 2900 atk, you should say the 2nd time it attacks it can't do any battle damage
