however I would put some level restriction on the special summon so it doesn't get TOO oped

Can't it repeatedly Summon itself + 1 other? an OTK in the making if I ever did see one, try and cut that out.

just add "Special Summon 2 "Junk" monsters from your Graveyard except "Junk Lifter"",so it won't be an OTK material

 

also I suggest u add a certain Level for the monsters u can summon by this effect
