speck Posted January 31, 2010 Report Share Posted January 31, 2010 As long as this card Remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot play or activate cards that targets a card or cards in either players Graveyards and they cannot Remove cards from play. When this card is Removed from the field you can Remove 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon this card to you side of the field.
