Yeah, i know the picture is horrible, but I am searching for a new one.

So here it is:

 

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 "Flying Fortress SKY FIRE" you control from play. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy 2 monsters your opponent controls. You cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn during each of your opponent's turns, you can activate one of the following effects. When your opponent Summons a card, you can destroy it and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent OR When your opponent Sets a card, you can destroy it and Set a card from your deck. During each of your Standby Phases, Pay 700 Life Points OR destroy 1 card you control. If you do not, destroy this card and pay 1000 Life Points.
