The most ridiculous card in the world to summon. Part of my Evolution X series found *here*.

 

 

This card cannot be summoned except by removing from play a "Reptilianne Vaskii" and a "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes" you control. This card cannot be removed from the field by the effect of Monster, Spell and Trap cards. This card is not effected by the effects of Monster, Spell and Trap cards. This card's ATK and DEF is equal to the amount of Venom Counters on the field X 900. This card can attack every card on the field. While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters on the field's ATK and DEF becomes 0. Once per turn, you may place a Venom Counter on a card on the field. A monster with a Venom Counter on it lose 1000 ATK and DEF. Decrease the ATK and DEF of monsters with 2 or more Venom Counters on them to 0. All "Reptilianne" and "Venom" monsters' ATK and DEF cannot be decreased while this card is face-up on the field. You may remove a Venom Counter from every card on the field to place a Hyper-Venom Counters on this card. When this card has a Hyper-Venom Counter on it, you win the Duel.

You should have practically won already if Vennominaga is Summoned. This only serves as abuse with Phantom of Chaos.

Not runnable outside of un-fun and abusive Decks which are bad for the game, bad card.
