Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned, Set, or Special Summoned. Once per turn, you can reveal this card in your hand to your opponent to add one level 4 or lower monster to your hand. You can only use this effect on a particular monster(s) twice during the whole duel.

Pretty balanced. From the fact that it can't even hit the field and becomes useless one she hits the Graveyard.

 

Thought if Magician Of Faith wasn't banned, this card would be awesome. <3

Picture: 7/10. It would be a higher rating but I think you should get the backround to be more cooler not just a black backround with star like things on it. But it is good.

 

OCG: 9.5/10. I don't see any issues. This card does seem pretty balanced.

 

Total: 8/10. Very good for a rookie.

This is like a Sinister Serpent that can recover Fiend Roars/Dark Worlds/Night Assailant too. OP'd and would soon be banned for giving advantage too easily.

intresting effect, but you can recover a lot of deadly cards very easily. for example you can return a flip monster every turn and use its effects again, or you can return a tuner and synchro again, or...use your imagination. i like the effect but its a little oped:/ 7/10
