DeathSDelano Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 rate-hate-comment This is basically used to either destroy by effect or attack and get control an opponent's monster(tuners) and use them against them later(or for tribute/effect costs/etc.) Once per turn, you Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field to destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. During the turn you activate this card cannot attack. When this card destroys a Level 5 or lower monster as result of battle Special Summon that monster at the End Phase. A monster Summoned by this effect cannot attack, its effect is negated until your next End Phase and is also treated as a Dragon-Type monster.
