jack781217
Frankly I didn't think the Toon Counterpart idea is that bad. Maybe I'm just too overwhelmed by my recently playing with Toon monsters. Though as lame as the naming is, here is a more serious set. They are still just downgrade versions of certain cards, but I think this is the most fitting. [spoiler=Lady Counterparts] You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that targets a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during your next Standby Phase. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster your opponent controls, change all Defense Position monsters your opponent control to face-up Attack Position after the Damage Step. During your End Phase, destroy all other face-up Attack Position monsters you control that did not declare an attack this turn. When this card is Tributed Summoned, you can destroy 1 card on each side of the field. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard to change 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls to Defense Position. Guest Zeonark
HEY.I thought you were gonna post links for those pics! D: Even though downgraded, I still like them. BRL might be a tad more useful than BRD just because you can decide which 2 cards get destroyed instead of nuking everything. ...Though. That might be more useful. Regardless, this is still good. Chaos Flame
The pics are awesome, but the effects are just toned down versions of the signer dragons. 9/10 for good pics.
ragnarok1945
you should have given them different effects compared to their dragon counterparts, not just weaker versions of their effects though the pics are excellent, so I'll give it 9.2/
jack781217
you should have given them different effects compared to their dragon counterparts' date=' not just weaker versions of their effects[/quote']Effects fixed. They will activate in the same way but have different effects, which may be more desirable in some circumstances than the original version. But the general themes stay the same. I just don't want to make their effect too different... Looks like I've been making incremental steps with this set. >_>
