OCG Fix:

 

"This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. This card can only be selected as an attack target if it is the only Monster you control. This card cannot be targeted by Trap Cards. When this card is destroyed by battle, remove it from play".

 

And see, the pic factor gives you a lot of changes.

This card has not strange effects. Dj Osiris cards are the ones that have "strange" effects, like you call them.
