Yugioh Wikia is one extremely trustable site and also many Yugioh games have the EXACT same effect. All you did was translate the effect. Also, be sure to change the effect. Put in "Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy every monster on the field except this card. While this card is in the Graveyard, this card is Special Summoned during the End Phase." BUT BE SURE TO ADD A DRAWBACK. WINGED DRAGON OF RA (PHOENIX MODE) IS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPOWERED!!!
