Zextra
Here's my new creation. Please let me know if it is OP'd. Lore:This card's attribute is also treated as LIGHT. Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects:• You can Tribute 1 DARK monster to halve this card's ATK until the End Phase. If you do, this card can attack your opponent directly this turn. • You can Tribute 1 LIGHT monster to Special Summon a LIGHT or DARK monster from either player's Graveyard. (Note: Bullet Points didn't show up, so I replaced them with -s) Please rate and comment. Thanks! :D

Parting Shot
The LIGHT effect is overpowered. You should either restrict what LIGHT monster can be tributed, or what LIGHT or DARK monster can be Summoned. The DARK effect is balanced. The pic doesn't look very YGO-ish, but I suppose it isn't bad either. Overall - 9.45/13.
-Griffin
For the summoning effect..better change it to level 4...or else' date=' OP'ed..[/quote'] Thanks I'll change it. Don't, Summoning back my Thought Ruler/ect was the only reason this card was usable. Interesting with the second effect uncapped, although the first will probably never see use. Doesn't fit naturally into many Decks. Best I can say about it is Tribute Summoning Dark Simon with 1 tribute.
ragnarok1945
for the 2nd effect, it's OPed because the monsters can be of any level you need to put level restrictions on the monsters to balance it out 8/
-Griffin
for the 2nd effect' date=' it's OPed because the monsters can be of any level you need to put level restrictions on the monsters to balance it out 8/10[/quote'] Stop being bad at Yugioh. It's fine, it'd be entirely unplayable if you couldn't Summon at least level 8 monsters with it, and there's no worthwhile targets higher than that which would warrent restricting this card. Zextra
Here, hopefully I made it a little more balanced. Lore:This card's attribute is also treated as LIGHT. Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects:- Halve your Life Points to activate 2 of the following effects.- You can Tribute 1 DARK monster to halve this card's ATK until the End Phase. If you do, this card can attack your opponent directly this turn. - You can Tribute 1 LIGHT monster to have this card gain STK equal to the ATK of the Tributed monster.- You can Tribute 1 DARK monster and 1 LIGHT monster to Special Summon a LIGHT or DARK monster from either player's Graveyard. -Griffin
Feels UP'd, I would run it in any Deck I can imagine. The first version was better.
