At the very least, you could have cropped the black edges off the picture. Aside from that, the OCG is a bit off (card names go in double quotes " not single quotes ' ) and I think removing from play 3 cards is a bit much just to destroy 1 card, but I apparently am not the best at determining balance, so take that with a grain of salt.

That should be the correct correction I think :S

But anyway, on to the actual card. Image needs to be cropped, and the effect is just a little bit to much. Removing 3 cards to destroy 1 card? Really? When we have stuff like Raigeki Break, I dont think this'll get much attention. But yeah, too underpowered in my view, but keep trying. 7/10

That should be fine, considering that it can still attack during the turn it activated it's effect. Or maybe make it something more like a DD and remove the selected card from play instead of destroying it.

That's not exactly worth it, I'd make it 2 cards your opponent controls instead
