  This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by either returning 1 "Red Gadget", 1 "Green Gadget" and 1 "Yellow Gadget" in your hand to your Deck or by Tributing 1 "Red Gadget", 1 "Green Gadget" and 1 "Yellow Gadget" your opponent controls. This card cannot attack, change its Battle Position or be used for a Synchro Summon. If this card is Special Summoned by returning monsters from your hand to your Deck, you can activate 1 of the following effects. 1 - Remove 3 Machine-Type monsters from your to draw 2 cards. 2 - Remove 3 Machine-Type monsters from your Graveyard to destroy 2 cards on the field. 3 - Return from your Graveyard to your Deck 6 Machine-Type monsters then shuffle your Deck. If this card was Special Summoned by Tributing Monsters both players discard thier hands and Draw the same amount of cards that was discarded. This card is destroyed during the End Phase if you use this effect.

[Parting Shot]

I think there's just too much in this card. There's like 5 different possible themes of effects, most of which are mediocre for that genre. Plus, it's a monster with higher ATK than DEF but you can't attack with.

 

Interesting idea, but the practical uses seem slim to none.

Effect has been changed slightly I can't come up with any other effects than the ones already on it. Purhaps a DAD like effect in one of its 3 effects?

it's not too hard to summon this

 

I'm a little unsure about returning 6 machine monsters to your deck effect though, regardless of excellent recovery effect
