-DOOM
[align=center] .::Rai-Oon::.Lightsworns and Thunder united? Might be a bit OP. It's upon you to decide. Lexadin
1st part is way to OP, You can instand Synchro with it.Pic's good. The last part would work well with Lightsworn's.A 7/

Alordzynix
Nice support for Rai-Jin and Rai Mei. First part is so it can be searched by Rai-Mei but other than Rai-Mei how can it be added to your hand by a Thunder Type card? That part is pretty balanced, maybe even underpowered to useless. And the second part would be to power up Rai-Jin but indeed could help LS along which also makes that it could be slightly an overpowered part. But other than Beatstick Wolfs I don't know much LS cards that with this card alone would be worth the discard from your hand so that part is also balanced. Definitely an 9/

Metal Skull
That is a nice pic.1st effect isn't very usable, I think there aren't much thunders with deck-hand adding effects. It is OP, I hope it is supposed to it, one word: Lightsworns.Effect isn't really creative, but seems fine and it's a good Lightsworn/Thunder support. ragnarok1945
"you can reveal it" should be "you can reveal it to your opponent" that's about it for OCG errors has an impressive Thunder swarming effect to it, so I like it. Makes me wonder how this'll turn out in a Lightsworn deck 9.3/
The-Wick!
really nice card, i think its not WAY OP because this card is really not a high level or have great attack. the effect is fine, but you should put "If the card you Drawn was a level 4 or less thunder monster..." i think it would stay perfect in a thunder deck. 10/10 ;D

Wuu.
You have solid OCG.Why would you reveal it when your opponent will see it anyway? That's kinda overpowered.Maybe add somekind of drawback to that card? Like, if that Thunder-Type monster was Special Summoned by revealing it, its Level is decreased by 1 or 2? -DOOM
good point. I think "it cannot attack this turn" is ok too.

crimsonwendy
If used with DNA Transplant or Sroll of the Bewitched this card could be even more destructive.9/
