Probably my first Set; Mental Destruction?

Since I don't make cards often, I decided to, maybe, create a new Set, named Mental Destruction. This is the first ever card I made for this new set. Though, I want to see what you guys think of my card before I start making the rest. I don't know how many cards it will contain, but probably a lot.

When this card is Summoned successfully, your opponent must randomly choose a card from your hand. If your opponent chose a Level 6 or lower "Mental Destruction" monster, you can discard this card to Special Summon that monster in face-up Attack Position. When the monster Special Summoned by this card's effect is destroyed, your opponent must discard 1 card from his/her hand.

Here ya go:

... to the best of my knowledge. I assumed that you meant Tribute instead of discard, since the first part means it would be on the field, right?

and good for you! Psychics need an archetype beside the fact that they are psychics.

Anyways, card is good, balanced, but not quite their yet. better than a lot of cards and psychics do need an archtype! good job!
