Guest Cursed Reaction
A great new way of using Relinquished. Works well in Endymion decks. This card cannot be summoned except by removing from play a "Relinquished" and a Level 4 or higher Spellcaster-Type monster you control. While this card is face-up on the field, all LIGHT monsters on your opponent's side of the field cannot attack or change their Battle Position. Once per turn, you may select a monster on the field and place a Spell Counter on the selected monster. This card's ATK and DEF is equal to the combined Level of monsters with Spell Counters on them X 400. This card cannot be destroyed by battle and cannot be targeted by the effects of Monster, Spell and Trap cards. This card's ATK and DEF cannot exceed 3200. You may remove all Spell Counters on the field and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of removed counters X 500. You may send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Ritual monster from your Deck or hand, ignoring the summoning conditions.

ragnarok1945
summoned should be Summoned will need DNA Transplant to work with this a shame it doesn't have any characteristics of the original Reliquished to it though plus I feel 3200 is WAY too much anyway, make it 2400 instead to suit a lv4 8/
