Pesonality: Kousen is usually serious most of the time and is emotionless to those around him. He rarely trusts anyone and this causes him to never speak above a mumble to people when they talk to him or he usually ignores them completely. If the occasion arises where he needs to talk louder, he will speak in an audible tone that can be heard, but he never likes to shout. Kousen has OCD and likes things to be completely perfect the way he sees fit. Kousen can be nice when he sees someone as respectable, but he disregards people he doesn't know. Kousen does not like to kill his opponents, and will only truly kill those who don't give up, or have earned his respect during a fight. He is beginning to move away from this mentality.

 

Village: Village Hidden in the Mist

 

Appearance: At 17, Kousen stands at 5'10", and has gray eyes which make him seem gloomy and sad. Kousen has tan colored skin that makes him seem as if he has tanned in the sun. He has black hair that goes down to the back of his neck and spikes up in the back while the bangs that hang down over his eyes are a reddish color. He wears a black T-shirt with a longsleeved iron mail shirt underneath, baggy black pants with black boots as well as a waist-length blue jacket with pockets that lined the left and right sides to hold scrolls. He also wears silver colored steel bandages that cover his whole arm and end at the dark blue gloves that cover his hands. The metal of the bandages are different, however, because they are very light but still retain their strength and thickness. He wears strapped to his left and right waists four sheathes which hold his katana, each having a dark blue cloth wrapped hilt. Behind him on his waist, he wears a ninja pouch which holds his shuriken and kunai. Sometimes, he may wear the mask of the hunter-nin over his face to conceal it. His mask is a white mask with blue lines coming down from the eye holes and connecting in a swirly loop where the mouth should be.

Streaming Arrow Torrent-Allows the user to shoot a massive wave of over 200 arrows made of wind at the opponent.

 

Fuuton: Fuketsu Chitsu- The user forms a hawk made of powerful winds to strike the opponent and slice them to bits. The

hawk's screech is able to burst the ear drums of anyone within 3 feet of it.

Suiton: Suirou Bakuha no jutsu- An addon to the Water Prison Jutsu. By clenching their hands within the water prison, the user is able to compress it and crush the opponent or have it explode and decimate their opponent.

 

Vibrant Sound Barrage- By gathering chakra to the mouth and whistling, the user is able to send out sound waves that are guided by the user's chakra. Once they enter the inner ear, they rattle the fluids within the cochlea, disorienting and confusing the opponent. (Basically a genjutsu technique)

Hyouton: Ice Clone- After making the necessary hand signs, the user is able to form a clone of ice. This clone is more durable than normal clones and lasts as long as a wood clone.

 

Hyouton: Ice Vapor Control-This jutsu allows the user to manipulate water vapor in the air around them and slightly freeze them so that that become invisible ice crystals. The user can then manipulate these to their will, even forming large ice sheets in the sky to magnify light through it.

 

Frozen Waters- This allows the user to mix their ice chakra with their water chakra so that all water jutsu used now freeze upon contact.

 

Hyouton: Ice Time Capsule: This allows the user to freeze anything around them at a radius of 25 feet. They can also freeze an opponent or any object by a simple touch.

 

Suiton: Tidal Influence- Allows the user to channel water chakra through their blade to use in various ways, such as forming large waves of water that fly out when the user slices. This jutsu does not require hand signs.

 

Hyouton: Kanki Mouretsu-This jutsu allows the user to channel ice chakra through their blade, to form waves of ice that fly out when the blade is sliced or other things, such as a dragon. This jutsu does not require hand signs.

 

Hyouton: Makyou Hyoushou

 

Hyouton: Ice Age- After making the hand signs of ox, monkey, tiger, horse and dragon, the user explodes from themselves a mist of super cooled ice chakra that when touching an object immediately freezes them. The mist can also be pinpointed or expanded and shrunk when the user points their hands or moves them together. The temperature of the mist reaches to zero degrees Kelvin, and because of this, it also harms the user and slightly freezes their body for hours. This technique is a last resort technique and one of the strongest of the Hyouton clan.

The woman named the baby Kousen, and her husband stood near her, but his mind seemed to be on something else as well. "They might have heard his cries. We have to get out of here." he whispered to her. "But, I'm too weak now." the woman protested. "I will carry you then." the man whispered back. This was a time of mass persecution of all kekke genkai users who had participated in the war. Kousen's parents, unlikely, were kekke genkai users and so they were being hunted by the angry villagers. The man wrapped the new baby in warm blankets and then walked to the door. He picked up the woman and helped her out of the door, with the baby still in his hands. They walked and walked through the snowy night, unsure of when they would reach somewhere where they wouldn't be persecuted. They suddenly heard shouts of "There they are. Get them." and they became panic stricken. The man began to run with all the might he could, but carrying a baby and helping his wife run as well took it's toll on him. He slipped in the snow, no longer having the strength to keep running, dropping the baby and his wife at the same time. Kousen cried as he landed in the snow behind a bush far from his parents, his blankets unraveling a little. The mob eventually caught up to Kousen's parents and brutally beat them, killing them. Kousen was found by one of the women in the mob, and not wanting to harm such a little baby, she took him home with her, passing him off as her own. Kousen eventually grew up under the guidance of the woman and her husband. They taught him everything he needed to know, except they didn't allow him to go to the Ninja Academy because he would be found out. He learned how to fight with different styles his parents knew, but he preferred hand to hand and the use of a staff. After he became 16, his parents couldn't teach him much anymore, and so they let him join the Ninja Academy under the alias of K. Kousen's last name was unknown, and so he took on the name of the family who raised him. K now attends the Ninja Academy, telling anyone who asks that his name is simply K Ishiru. He was trained enough by his parents to advance through the ranks quickly, becoming strong enough to become a Hunter-nin that is part of Kirigakure's Anbu Black Ops. During his time as a Hunter-nin, he learned the art of swordsmanship and grew strong in it, eventually learning how to weild many blades at a time and even channel his chakra through his blade for various attacks. He has entered the war to assist the junchuuriki Ukataka, having been sent to hunt him but eventually seeing that he was like him in some ways. Now they have become friends, protecting each others back always.

 

 

OOC: I don't know if it was okay to, but I made a few techniques and put them in my jutsu list. They're not godmod though. Is that okay?

I think they have to be realistic. for example, Who would have taught Kousen the Rasengan? He's not on naruto's side. Like my character MIGHT know chidori or raikiri because he live in Konoha. but your character is fighting against Konoha therefore he could be taught the move.

Naruto walked to Ichiraku Ramen and set down "I wonder what i should get today?".He thinks for a while before deciding "I got it i will have 2 orders of Miso Pork Ramen Please". He looks outside and sees Kyoshi walking. "Hey Kyoshi!"He yells out She turns and sees naruto "Hey Naruto" she walks and sits down next to him. "So Kyoshi how have you been?" naruto asked. Kyoshi looks and him quickly then turns away"I have been good i have also been training alot seeing how we are going to be on the same team" She smiles at naruto. "yeah we are hey we have to train together sometime soon!". Teuchi placed the ramen infront of naruto then naruto gives one to Kyoshi "Here eat it". "Are you sure?" she asked "Of course we are teammates and we will train tomorrow" he said will smiling. They both starts eating the ramen "We will start early tomorrow" Naruto said while stuffing his face Kyoshi looked and smiled "Tomorrow morning it is"

Kousen sat against a tree, his head pointed down and staring at his feet. Utakata stood at the side of the tree, his head pointed down and staring at his feet as well. Utakata suddenly lifted his head up and seemed to become tense. "There's nothing out there." Kousen said to Utakata without even looking up. "Having lived so many years with people coming after me, I've developed a habit." Utakata said. "Even if someone did come after you again, they'd have to get past me. I'm your body guard from now on." Kousen said, and finally looked up at Utakata. "Alright I guess. What are we supposed to be doing again?" he asked Kousen. Kousen yawned and stretched and then stood up before turning towards Utakata. "I think we're supposed to just see if we can find anyone to help out Kirigakure in this coming war. I say we take out some of the nearest villages while on the way." Kousen said. "Only if we have enough time." Utakata said as he began to walk off. Kousen then followed after him, his black cloak flowing in the wind behind him. The two then seemed to disappear into the mist which surrounded Kirigakure.

"So I'll be paired with Uzumaki Naruto..." Ryou mused as he walked through the beautiful village of Konohagakure. After meeting with the Hokage, Tsunade, who'd assigned him to the jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi, he had been sent out to find him. "Let's see..." Hokage-sama had told him that Uzumaki-san would usually be found in the Ichiraku Ramen shop. Finally finding it, the 16-year old entered, finding a blond-haired older teen and a purple-haired girl about his age. "Is there an Uzumaki Naruto-san here? Hokage-sama assigned me to his team," Ryou asked awkwardly.

IC: Saizo played the handle of his left Kusari-Fundo across his fingers, pondering various ways to convey the right impression upon the squad that sat at the Ichiraku Ramen bar below him. He crouched atop the opposite building, observing his teammates from above.

Should he go with the intimidation approach, using a show of force and veiled threat to announce himself? Should he approach calmly and quietly, potentially unnerving them? Or should he sneak up and surprise them, displaying his stealth capabilities?

Danzo-Sama had ordered him to "meet his new team", unusually vague for a 'Danzo command'. Saizo bent his tongue backwards, running the tip over the seal Danzo had placed upon him as a young child. Saizo had heard that the Hyuga Caged Bird seal felt like a thousand hot irons being jabbed into your very core. Danzo had calmly informed him that his seal was approximately ten times more painful.

Saizo decided to go with the stealth approach. He disappeared in a blur, reappearing beside Naruto, his new commander and charge. He hoped that the Jinchuuriki wasn't as stupid as rumor claimed; otherwise, this could turn into quite the tedious military conflict.

Saizo snatched the chopsticks from Naruto's hand, jabbing down into the Ramen and impaling the lone egg. He consumed the egg in a single bite.

"Kyoshi, Ryou, Naruto. My name is Uchiha Saizo. I'm here to kill anybody that stands in your way."

"Whoa!" Ryou shouted, surprised by the sudden entrance of this... guy. He seemed more like a man, and radiated a dangerous aura that screamed, 'Get in my way and die,' and the way he knew his name was just creepy. "Don't sneak up like that, man! You scared me! And how exactly do you know my name?! I just got here and I'm not from this village; there's no way you could have known about me." 'So that is Uzumaki Naruto, I wonder how good he is,' the silver-haired teen thought, glancing back at the blonde.

Saizo stabbed the chopsticks back into the soup. "You'd be surprised just how much Root knows, Ryou. And as to when we should start training, Naruto, I recommend later today rather than tomorrow. I highly doubt Kirabi, Fuu, and Utakata are wasting time at noodle shops when the fate of the entire continent is at stake." Teuchi blanced at the 'noodle shop' comment. "As to everyone from Han and below, they're inconsequential as long as Naruto knows how to release Bijuu chakra." Saizo's eyes flicked up to Naruto. "You do know how to release up to at least six tails, right? Otherwise... we've got a lot of work to do unless we want to end up with our heads on poles just outside of Kumogakure.

"As brilliant of a shinobi as Naruto has proven to be, I've been authorized by Tsunade-sama to take command of this squad until I deem Naruto able to lead us into military conflict with a group of shinobi and demons fit to loosen the Four Horsemen's bowels." Saizo's arm blurred, a decree with the Hokage's stamp appearing beside the Ramen bowls. "Tonight at 7:00, we meet at the Training Field. I want to see just what you're all capable of. Then I report to Tsunade and Danzo as to whether Konoha is condemned to annihilation, or if we've got a fighting chance with the strongest Bijuu in recorded history on our side."

He walked out of the shop, "Now to get some training!" He exclaimed, oblivious to the strange looks it drew him. He ran off to Hokage tower, figuring that Tsunade-sama or someone there would know the wereabouts of the man he was looking for, who was apparently very hard to find.

3 Ink clones of Ken walk ahead running around the Sand Village, waiting for the attack. Ken sits near the Edge of the village looking out towards the distance, his eyes seemingly following the clones as he watches. "I wonder when they shall try, after all it should be soon" he thinks as Sand forms a wall behind him, Gaara atop this Cylindrical wall. A few cacti are also up on the wall Gaara giving them the small amount of water they need currently before lowering himself to the ground and looking out trying to find where a strike would come if they planned it now. Ken stands walking with Gaara as they slowly walk forwards waiting for the attack.

Kyoshi arrives to see naruto "good morning" she says as she walked towards him. naruto turns and waves at her "Well you looks ready Kyoshi" he says as he stands up and walks towards her. "Well kinda I really wanted to wait until tomorrw sinces i have been training all day". she sits down "don't worry you will he fine" naruto said with a smile on his face." now i guess we just wait for the others to show up.

His appearance had slightly changed since yesterday; He had twin hook swords across his back, he had a Konoha headband in addition to his Getsuga one, this one on his other bicep, and he had gained a few bruises from training. "Why didn't you show up for training?" he asked curiously. "Saizo-san did say training was 7:00 last night, so why didn't you show? You didn't forget, did you...?"
