Here's my card.I chose to change my previous card with these one:

Effect:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tribiuting 3 Water-type monster on your side of the field.This card's Summon cannot be negated.When this card is summoned,you can tribiute it to summon the monsters you tribiuted for this card.Those monsters gain 1000 ATK and cannot be destroyed by card effects until the end phase.Destroy those monsters during your end phase and take damage equal to those monster's original ATK.

Alright my card is done. here it is.

When this card is summoned, Return all cards on the field, to the hand (Excluding this card.) When this card is destroyed by a Spell or Trap Card, Return it to the hand instead.

My card is not LIGHT attribute, but it can be. Actually, it is God, so it can be of 3 Attributes. Anyway, look here:

- Increase this card's ATK by 1200 and reduce it's DEF to 0. This card deals piercing damage.

If your Life Points are higher than your opponent's Life Points, this card is also treated as a LIGHT monster, and gains the following effect:

- Increase this card's ATK by the difference in Life Points. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Any battle damage this card deals or receives is halved.

If both players have the same Life Points, increase this card's ATK and DEF by 800. Once per turn, you can reduce or increase your Life Points by 500.

Monsters Summoned without Tributes have their effect negated until the second End Phase after they were Summoned. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 Dragon-Type monster on the field. When this card destroys a monster by battle, your opponent discards 2 cards from the top of their Deck.

Control of this card cannot switch. This card must attack each turn if able. If the Tuner used to Synchro Summon this card was a LIGHT monster, return that monster to your hand, this card is treated as a Tuner, and gains the following effect:

- Every time this card would destroy a monster by battle, you can negate the destruction to take any Counter Trap Card from your Deck and put it into your hand. As long as you control this card, Chains that do not contain Counter Trap Cards cannot be made. Every time a Counter Trap Card is activated, inflict 700 damage to your opponent.
