Well, this was the best that I could do. So damned hard to find a decent thunder beast pic. So thus, I got limited to this. Oh well, here's to hoping for the best.

 

[spoiler=Rampage of Lightning]467652.jpg[spoiler=Lore]This card is used to Ritual Summon "Raiju Incarnate of Lightning". You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 7 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. This card can be activated any time you could play a Quick-Play Spell Card. If you activate this card outside of your Main Phase, this card inflicts 1000 points of damage to your Life Points.

 

 

[spoiler=Raiju Incarnate of Lightning]467652b.jpg[spoiler=Lore]This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Card, "Rampage of Lightning". You must offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 7 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. When this card is Ritual Summoned, remove all Thunder-Type monsters in your Graveyard from play. Increase this card's ATK by the combined Levels of all monster removed from play by this effect x200 points. This card inflicts Piercing damage. This card is removed from play during the End Phase. If this card is removed from the field by an opponent's card effect, you can pay half your Life Points and discard your hand so that you can Special Summon as many monsters as possible that were removed from play by this card's effect to your side of the field.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Polymerization". If this card attacks an opponent's monster, the ATK of this card becomes twice the ATK of the attack target, during damage calculation only. This card is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This card's battle position cannot be changed until your next turn. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster used to Special Summon this card, this cards Attibute and DEF becomes the same as the selected monster's, until your opponent's End Phase. This card effect can only be activated during your opponent's turn.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play all Plant-Type monsters you control. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard to destroy 2 Spell or Trap Cards on the field. You can pay 500 Life Points to add 3 of your removed from play Plant-Type monsters to your Deck. Then shuffle your deck. This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 3 of your removed from play monsters.

Well, good luck to you guys. This one may be the killer for me. Be warned, butt load of lore ahead. >.<

 

[spoiler=Lightning Titan Gigavolt]467652.jpg[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 Level 7 or higher Thunder-Type monsters you control. When this card is Special Summoned, inflict 100 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each Thunder-Type monster that is removed from play. As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select any other Thunder-Type monsters as an attack target. During your Main Phase, you can discard 1 Thunder-Type monster from your hand to destroy one set card on the field. This card cannot attack unless you remove 1 Thunder-Type monster in your Graveyard from play at the start of your Battle Phase. During your Standby Phase, if there are no Thunder-Type monsters in your Graveyard, this card is removed from play.

That's just weird. If I were you, I would have given 5/10 to Chaos at Balance, and he wouldn't have had that high score. But nvm...

I'm in the same state of confusion as Lex. Could you please clarify a little?

 

And versatility...If you can list off a large list of level 7+ thunder monsters that would be able to work in a deck as that card with good synergy, do let me know. Because as far as I can tell, only the cards I have made would work well in a deck with Gigavolt. The only exception would maybe be The Creator.

THAT'S EXACTLY THE PROBLEM. YOUR CARD IS SO UNDERPOWERED THAT THOUSAND EYE IDOL IS BETTER.

And if I would have made it only 2 or 1 tribute for it's summoning, it would have been overpowered. The card is fine the way it is. All the cards I have made thus far are meant to work together in the same deck or more or less as a set. You're entitled to your own opinion Versatility, but that does not many that anyone else needs to give a damn about it.

 

Your hostile criticism is not needed nor desired. Take your loss and toddle off now. Buh bye.

That wasn't needed, you know. I didn't criticise you, nor did I say bad things about you, I merely criticized the card. Don't get all bladey (yes I know the word doesn't exist) with me, as if your life would depend on the value of your card.

 

 

On another note, making that giant cost only 2 Lightning Level 7 monsters would really make it balanced.
