A little Underpowered if you ask me.Some OCG errors,wait i'll write the text without them:

As i said a little underpowered,but i didn't know if it can attack your opponent directly thisturn or for the rest of the duel.However, my opinion is still the same.6/10.

a little too basic for the effect, but the atk cut does balance it out
