Skribbletron
Deck: 42 Monsters: x202x Rainbow Dragon2x Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder3x Crystal Beast Sapphire Pegasus3x Crystal Beast Topaz Tiger2x Crystal Beast Ruby Carbuncle2x Crystal Beast Emerald Tortoise2x Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle2x Crystal Beast Amethyst Cat2x Crystal Beast Amber Mammoth Spells: x182x Crystal Tree3x Crystal Beacon2x Crystal Abundance2x Crystal Blessing3x Crystal Promise2x Crystal Release2x Rare Value2x Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins Traps: x42x Rainbow Gravity2x Crystal Pair Playbook:1. Rainbow Dragon: Is not they key to this deck. Only for intimidation or a last ditch field clear (unless you can get a direct attack in.) Rainbow Dragon's effects are not necessary to use (I usually only tribute the Crystal Beasts with less than 1000 attack and Amethyst and keep the higher ones in hand to slap down for more attack power.) 2. Hamon - Lord of Striking Thunder: The key heavy hitter of the deck. Hamon is much easier to summon than Rainbow Dragon. Rainbow needs all 7 Crystal Beasts on the field or in the Grave, Where as Hamon only needs 3 (or can use Rainbow Ruins, Crystal Tree, Crystal Release or Crystal Abundance.) Hamon can kill your opponent's attacking or burn their lifepoints (which is why its amazing having both Hamon down.) Seeing as how the opponent must attack Hamon when in Defense. 3. The Crystal Beasts: Sapphire Pegasus is the most essential of the Crystal beasts to bring out. If you haven't drawn him yet, use Beacon, Tree, Pair, or Release to bring him field side. Without Pegasus, you're stuck drawing through your deck trying to get all the pieces for Rainbow Dragon and Hamon. Ruby Carbuncle is second most important for its effect. When brought to the monster zones from the spell and trap, you can summon as many crystal beasts from your spell and trap zone as possible (Amazing with Rainbow Ruins, Promise, Pair and Abundance. Also amazing to have Pegasus on the Spell and Trap side when Carbuncle is specialed) Cobalt Eagle is best Comboed with Pegasus (are you seeing the importance of Pegasus now?). Send Pegasus to the top of the deck with his effect to use Pegasus again. Emerald Tortoise is a great defense and his effect can add to your defenses. Once a turn you can switch the position of Crystal Beast that has attacked that turn. Amethyst Cat is good for a cheap Direct attack or two. With the ability to Directly attack you opponent for half damage, it could give you a slight edge. Topaz Tiger is great for monster battleing and clearing monsters that need just a tiny bit of extra attack points to destroy. Amber Mammoth is only useful when avoiding damage or taking less damage. His effect allows you to switch your opponent's attack target to him. Spells:All spells in this deck are important. Always use them when given the chance. Don't worry about wasting a crystal tree with 1 counter or using a Crystal Release on a weaker Crystal beast. Even Crystal Abundance doesn't need to be used with just cards galore on the field (dont be scared to use it when only 3 or 4 cards will be destroyed. The monster card zone only holds 5 monsters you know. and who knows. you may need an extra space on the field for Rainbow or Hamon). Traps:The traps of this deck are essential. Crystal Pair is used to get monsters out faster for Rainbow Dragon or Hamon and Rainbow Gravity can bering back a destroyed Rainbow dragon or a fresh one from the deck (if all 7 crystal beasts are out and about). That's about all there is to this deck. Rate it, Suggestions? Disapprove? Either way. Comments are nice ;)

IDK much about crystal beasts, but I like you.[/quote'] lol. thanks. im not much of a crystal beast person either, but it's the easiest deck to run Hamon in because of the Consistency of the Crystal Beasts. These are actually pretty strong decks. not WCS material but they could get you through a few Hobby Leagues.
Purple Panguin
Playbook:1. Rainbow Dragon: Slows down the deck and is not needed. Also it's not intimidating 2. Emerald Tortoise is a great defense and his effect can add to your defenses. With the ability to Directly attack you opponent for half damage, it could give you a slight edge. I don't see a rescue cat. Throw one in as well as a Summoner Monk. Topaz Tiger is great for monster battleing and clearing monsters that need just a tiny bit of extra attack points to destroy. Amber Mammoth is only useful when avoiding damage or taking less damage. His effect allows you to switch your opponent's attack target to him. Wrong he also very good you go to win with Abundance Which should be at 3. Spells:All spells in this deck are important. Always use them when given the chance. Don't worry about wasting a crystal tree with 1 counter or using a Crystal Release on a weaker Crystal beast. Even Crystal Abundance should be abused. Traps:Crystal Pair is used to get monsters out faster.Where is torrential Tribute? That's about all there is to this deck. Rate it, Suggestions? Disapprove? Either way. Comments are nice ;) Also Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude could help speed up the deck.
Cavv10
Rainbow Dragon and Hamon aren't that great. Rainbow Dragon is just hard to get out and a dead draw much, and Hamon costs you three Crystals you rather use for Rainbow Ruins, Rare Value, Abundance, and Crystal Beacon. It's just my opinion, but I don't really like them in here. The deck itself is just totally Crystal Beasts. Hamon is the only not Crystal Beast or Crystal Beast support card in this deck. That's a little over the top. If you don't run Rainbow Dragon, you don't have to run all the Crystal Beast monsters. So you can neg the bad ones, mainly Eagle and Tortoise, to make room for staples like Brain Control and Solemn Judgment. So, I would:- 2 Rainbow Dragon+ 1 RRuins+ 1 Rare Value - 2 Hamon+ 1 Sangan+ 1 Torrential Tribute - 2 Raibow Gravity+ 1 Mirror Force+ 1 Solemn Judgment - 2 Eagle+ 2 BTH - 2 Tortoise+ 1 Abundance+ 1 Brain Control - 2 Crystal Pair+ 1 Trap Dustshoot+ 1 Gorz or Tragoedia, whatever you like more - 1 Promise+ 1 Terraforming - 1 Crystal Beacon- 1 Carbuncle That should put you at 40. Skribbletron
I never could Trust Diamond Dude. His effect is great once the Deck is thinned out to mainly spells. CB mills monsters like crazy so, he could work. +2 diamond Dude.

While tutoring is searching your deck for a card. Hopefully Diamond Dude will do you proud. :)
jabber2033
RD is horrible. So is Hamon. They take too much time to set up and are too easily countered. But if you absoulutely must use them, Hamon is better. The following deck would be much more consistent than what you've got. 203x Hamon3x Pegasus3x Tiger3x Mammoth1x Ruby2x X-Saber Airbellum2x Amythest Cat1x Rescue Cat1x Summoner Monk1x Sangan 162x Rainbow Ruins3x Rare Value2x Abundance3x Blessing2x Beacon1x Tree1x Promise1x Terraforming1x Mind Control1x Mystical Space Typhoon 31x Mirror Force2x Bottomless Trap Hole I highly recommend that you stick with simple Abundance OTK. Look at the Crystal Synchro deck in my signature (but don't post) for a good example. Abundance OTK is much more competative.

(since all 7 crystal beasts dont have to be one or the other for rainbow's summoning. it can be mixed and matched.) I actually find Hamon quite easy to summon in this deck. Both in your Build here and In mine. I use him mainly for stalling when I'm going for an abundance OTK. Maybe I'll build both here and throw them against each other xD. lord dmoc
I like just basic CBs none the less (mine plays Ham at 2), but I see what you are going for. RD doesn't OTK, Rainbow Neos does (I don't reccomed him). Never use Gorz. DHDD doesn't look too happy on the whole thing. Abundance OTK would be the better deck choice though. Play Mirror Force and Solemn Judgment.

Play Mirror Force and Solemn Judgment.[/quote'] It's hard to pull a RD OTK with the having to wait a turn for his effect thing. I would actually need to pull an abundance and top deck 2 RD xD or RD and Hamon. I'm actually trying to run a double 4k otk and abundance otk at the same time. i mean there's a few OTK combos in here like abundance for 3 pegasus and summon Hamon for 8.8k or do it with RD for 8.8k or the basic abundance with all the high attack CB's. tho i noticed my own flaw in here. I'm lacking backup destruction. Vortex should be here(in case of damage summoners like gorz and tragoedia... i fear tragoedia after the wicked synchron deck i had him in once... trib a monster, take a monster, copy a level, slap down a synchron and here comes some fun.) and i like your mirror force suggestion. and i might Black Horn instead of solemn since i usually only solemn on summonings and black horn helps me against synchros better than solemn. and DHDD is out. tried him... slowed me down way to much and skipped me on too many Hamon and RD draws. even screwed me out of an abundance play or 2.
