This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 Fairy-Type or 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters you control. Once per turn, you can randomly select 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard or that is removed from play and add it to your hand. If you do, you must skip your next Draw Phase. If this card is destroyed by battle, select 1 monster your opponent controls. The selected monster is destroyed during the End Phase of the turn after this card was destroyed.[/align]

 

So.. Help with balance? I was thinking that -2 specific Types = HTS, and a low ATK and DEF= Not broken?

Draw lock by using effect worth delayed destroy effect when this card leaves the field?
