During each of your End Phases, this card gains 1250 ATK. If this card attacks, its ATK returns to 0, after damage calculation. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can discard your entire hand to Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your hand, deck, or Graveyard.

It's a fiend version of Satellite Cannon xD

so it has Satellite Cannon's effect to some degree for atk determining effect

 

for the last effect it's the same. Just DARK monster is enough, plus you didn't say WHERE you're summoning it from

Not bad, just wait a few turns and you have 2500 ATK but then you'd have to go into defense. OCG seems good but where do you summon the DARK monster from?
