This card's type is also treated as Zombie-Type. This card can't be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can't be Special Summoned except by returning 3 card in your hand to your Deck and shuffling it. When this card is Special Summoned you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type or Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard you can shuffle your hand into your Deck to Special Summon it in face-up Attack Positon.[/align]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by returning 3 cards in your hand to your Deck. This card is also treated as a Zombie-Type monster. When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Machine or Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can shuffle your hand into your Deck to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.

 

 

I would say it's overpowered. You technically don't lose anything except for the hand advantage and you get a 2800 ATK Level 6; and that is too much ATK for a Level 6 and for such a small cost. If anything, it should be discarding 3 cards to Summon then discarding your entire hand to re-summon it (and even then, it should be at least 2 cards). This thing could be endlessly resummoned for low cost if you empty your hand quickly.

2800 atk is too high for lv6, make it lv7

 

also the last effect, you should have said you can only special summon it of you shuffle at least 3 cards from your hand back to your deck
