Just a new aqua type monster card from a new set i'm trying.Like always,comment.

 

 

Effect:

 

This card cannot be normal summoned or set.This card can only be special summoned if you have 5 or more water attribute monsters in your graveyard.When this card is special summoned,special summon one water attribute monster from your graveyard.When this card is removed from the field,destroy that monster.Once per turn,you can send one water attribute monster from your hand to the graveyard to increase this card's level equal to the discarded monster's level.You can tribute this card to special summon one water attribute monster from your graveyard with a level equal or lower than half this card's level.

OCG Fix:

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand while there are 5 or more WATER monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, the Summoned monster is destroyed. Once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster in your hand to increase this card's Level by 2, until the End Phase. If you control a different WATER monster, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to or lower than half this card's Level.

 

 

I guess its alright, but it has aspects of Judgement Dragon, which I don't like. And I changed the Level gain part because you could discard a low level monster to break out a Level 6 very easily.

might want to put some level restrictions on this, its effect looks siphoned off from Judgment Dragon, to a degree
