EFFECT:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Level 6 or higher DARK monster, 1 Trap Card, and 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard. Increase this cards ATK by 200 for each DARK monster in your Graveyard.(max 4000)Once per turn by removing from play 1 card from your hand you can add 1 monster from your opponents Graveyard to your Graveyard. You must skip your Battle-Phase when this effect is used. By removing this card from play you can inflict 100 damage to your opponents Life Points for each DARK Monster in your Graveyard.

it's not likely to ever reach the 4000 atk mark anyway, so I find that part balanced

 

"You must skip your Battle-Phase when this effect is used." should be "If you activate this effect, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn."

 

I'm unsure if the burn effect is too much or not, probably won't be

 

so I'll give this 9.1/10

the 4000 ATK thing is gonna take forever but balances it out. (Hint: 20 DARK monsters)

Umm... moving monsters from your opponent's Graveyard to yours can be useful and deadly if you have some pwning monster added in their. Its good if you use a Pot of Avarice so thats a helpful effect in ways. 100 Damage to your opponent for each DARK monster in your Graveyard isnt to much so i will think its just a weak damage effect. By the way, where do you remove the cards from play? Deck,Field,Hand? If its all then thats OK im just curious.

sorry should have stated it. the thing where you can add cards from your oppoents Graveyard to yours is so you can take their DARK monsters if they have any and add then to your Graveyard to increase the ATK increase and increases that 100 damage effect.
