When this card is successfully summoned, add one "Roving Rowboat" from your deck to your hand. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can remove from play any number of "Roving Rowboats" in exchange for Chrome Tokens. This card is allowed up to 10 Chrome Tokens. They can be used for: 1.Blocking attacks or 2.Exchange 3 Tokens to draw 1 card.

Decided the Rowboats oughta be 'Nillas in accordance to their low level and high importance for stronger monsters.

I'd like to see some Roving Rowboats. But they this is a good card.

I like this so far, but it all depends on Roving Rowboat's effects. Can you get them back, how many Chrome Tokens do they make, can you special summon them in any way, etc. Maybe make it a little bigger than 2100. Tad scrawny for having to get 2 copies of 1 card to summon it.

I love the picture, although its a little bright for a DARK monster ;P

OCG errors aside, the pic looks better suited for a LIGHT monster instead

Well sense it isnt in OCG standards to clarify the effect in the effect lol, its 2 tokens per rowboat and i prefer to UP things so theres room for improvement without decreasing anything. There will be another card something like a space vetilation system that retracts few Rowboats back into play but itll come at a high cost. And im just going to leave the rovings as nillas because every set deserves vanilla love.
