I revised my card(s), let me know what you think:

 

 

 

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Izimbra - Phoenix Lord of Flames". You must also offer monsters who's total stars equal 8 or more as a tribute from the field or your hand.

 

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Flames of Rebirth". When this is Ritual Summoned, destroy all other monsters on your side of the field. For each FIRE monster in either player's Graveyard, increase the original ATK and DEF of this card by 100. This card cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap cards activated by your opponent.

it's not an impressive ritual, mostly it just gains atk

 

And the atk boost probably won't be too much anyway

I disagree. This card isn't just out for itself, the monster destroying effect is helpful, too. Destroying your own monsters (as we all know) can be very advantageous with the right cards. I also only made it a ritual because that's another 2 monsters in the graveyard with effects to match the situation (and attributes for Izimbra's increase). If you have deck based on these kinds of cards (A deck that I am currently working on) the gain on the monster itself would be more than enough as well.
