Exiro
as i /just/ said' date=' its mediocre and not worth it in empty jar.its outclassed by book of moon and eclipse, too costly[/quote'] Like Crab said, it doesn't require the extra Book of Tayou. Empty Jar prefers to use Book of Tayou more than thrice. What do you need to get back Book of Tayou after the third? Magical Stone Excavation/Spell Reproduction, which have the same cost and a harder to pay cost respectively. If you take in to account the fact that you're using MSE and Book of Moon/Eclipse, it even costs less to do it with Darkness Approaches.Even when it does use up more cards than the direct combo of Book of Moon/Eclipse + Book of Tayou, Empty Jar doesn't care about advantage as long as they can continue to generate it. You should know that.
Tronta
putting another -2 on my hand advantage is really quite strenuous. empty jar actually cares /a lot/ about hand advantage. it looks easy to maintain, but put too many drains on it and it goes to hell no matter how many poa, shells and dragons you have. technically the in scenario illustrated, you break even either way.moon+mse+taiyou(from mse) is a -1,-2,-1, a -4 totalbut darkness+attack is a -3,-1, a -4 total (when you consider that your attack will more than likely kill you, unless you happen to use it with a moon/eclipse to get them in defense, adding more -'s) the problem with darkness is that if i do attack, theres a good shot i'll lose the monster. more of a last ditch, similar to acid traphole.i suppose it'd have to be used carefully... i might consider making it a one-two of as a test. but i feel like i might need dragons back to support it... Guest Welche
I made a card that used Face Down attack position. I think we need some rulings for this card.
Scatty
I made a card that used Face Down attack position. I think we need some rulings for this card. What's so hard to understand? Anyway, there are many cards that say face-down monsters, without specifying defense. As I said, this would be balanced without the cost and as a Quick-Spell, even quite good, to be frank. And worry not about losing your Jar, for there is always The Shallow Grave.
RAEGING D0GKING
Probably if my monster atatck a face down attack position card it would be a battle of my monsters ATK and my opponents monsters ATK It would be the same as if there bout in attack position but my opponents monster couldint attack. The card is Bad, Book of Moon is well better. Tronta
i'm considering it, just because i can flip summon it before attack, allowing one additional manual flip per turn.maybe as a one or two of. but i'd need my advantage engine going full force.
