It requires you to tribute 1 select monster, of which is a 3/40 chance you'll have it out (not counting support that allows you to treat cards as "Genex Controller"), it also RFG's them after the second standby phase, if you haven't used them for Synchro Material/Tribute Fodder by then, and can only attack once.

 

Eh, the drawbacks feel fine for me.
