Interesting card to RFG with Sarco/Allure, but it would never be Summoned due to insane conditions.

 

Questionable +1 on the last effect, unusable rest of card. Not sure how I feel about this.

Pretty under powered. Why would I tribute 3 Level 4 Dinosaur-Type monster to get a Level 6 monster with 2200 ATK ? The summoning conditions are really boring and the burn effect is... horrible. Last part of the effect is the only original thing and usable here.

That post was horrible.

 

The last thing Dinos of all monsters need is a beatstick. Keep the attack and lower the requirements or give it an effect which can gain card advantage.
