[align=center]This card can either make or break your winning streak. If you succeed, then your opponent will lose a powerful monster to one with a weak Level. If you fail, then the odds against you will rise. It all comes down to luck.

Lore

"Activate this card if a Level 4 or lower monster you control attacks a Level 5 to 7 monster your opponent controls. Toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, the attacking monster gains ATK until it is 100 points higher than the ATK of your opponent's monster during the damage step only."

OP card is OP. Make a drawback for you if you call wrong.

If it is called wrong, then the attack would still happen that would destroy your Level 4 monster by battle. I did originally have the effect of destroying the Level 4 monster by its effect, but I thought that it will already happen when it attacks.

There is nothing over powered here, maybe a little under powered...

My suggestion: "Activate only if a Level 4 or lower monster you control attacks a Level 5 or higher monster you opponent control. Toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, the attacking monster gain ATK equal the Level of the monster it battles x200."

But I really like the concept of the card, and the picture fits the name and effect perfectly.

I still prefer using Shrink than this' date=' but it's still handy if that's not in my hand

still, you should add an effect as to what happens if you called the coin flip wrong

Shi should make a weak card even weaker? That's either bad advice, or you're saying to add a positive effect, which would have to be better than the current effect for this to get anywhere near as usable as Shrink/Book.
