We have enough mods, there is so far nothing happening that requires moar mods so IHop shouldn't become a Mod......yet. He always has well thought out views on appropriate subjects, if he does make a trollish comment he always makes sure there is a statement that is sensible and relating to the the thread in there, he corrects people if they make mistakes, and overall, he has good command and use over the English language. It's decided by the Mod Team, and promoted from already existing Moderators. Also, General doesn't need a moderator at the moment. We just need to start getting tougher o_O...
