:ABC:
seems a little op'ed add a level restriction for the dragon monster, like 6, but looks good aside9/
ragnarok1945
I'm unsure if the "It cannot be Tributed" is proper OCG, something just doesn't sound right in there but either way it's not a bad effect, just add a level to the Dragon-Type monster and everything should be fine (otherwise Buster Blader will get onto the field WAY too easily) 8/
Leturn Master
There is no OP about it. This card actually isn't useful, since Dragon-type monsters are hardly ever played, and "Buster Blader" is played even less than that. But it's a cool card. I can see it coming out with a movie or something.
Archelaus
This card actually isn't useful' date='[b'] since Dragon-type monsters are hardly ever played[/b], and "Buster Blader" is played even less than that. Hopeless BEWD Variant.... The card's OCG is iffy. FIX: Activate only when a Dragon-type monster(s) is Summoned. Negate that monster(s) effects and Special Summon 1 "Buster Blader" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. "Buster Blader" cannot be used as Tribute. A bit on the OP'd Side but since BB is a beatstick only, hardly no one runs it, its fine. 9/
ChaosIncarn
Haven't seen any Buster Blader support in a while. Not since the arrival of Dark Paladin. As far as balance, I think it fine as is. 9/
