Made in a few minutes and uploaded out of boredom.

This card cannot be prevented from being activated. This card's effect cannot be negated. This card can only be activated when you and your opponent have 700 or less Life Points. You and your opponent must remove all Spell and Trap cards from your decks. You and your opponent must then shuffle your decks. After your decks have been shuffled, you and your opponent must discard your entire hand and draw 1 card. If the drawn card a monster card, Special Summon it to the field in face-up attack position, ignoring any Summoning conditions and it's level of stars. The player with the card with the highest ATK on the field wins the duel. If the monsters have equal ATK, the duel ends in a tie.

 

Both are the same card, I just couldn't decide which picture to use.
