If there is a "Crystal Dragon" on any side of the field, this card gains 900 ATK and DEF. If that card would be destroyed by battle, you can Tribute this card to return that card to the top of the respective owner's Deck. When this card is attacked by a monster with a higher Level, you can Tribute 1 "Crystal Dragon" to negate the attack. This card cannot attack for 2 turns after this effect is activated.

for the first one 900 atk/def is a bit too much, drop it down to 500 atk/def instead

 

for the 2nd card 2900 atk is too high for a lv6, make it lv8 instead (and then the 900 atk boost is too high as well)

 

most of the effects while balances are TOO similar, deviate them more

the shapire ones effect is not clear as to why you would send two cards to the graveyard and it say to add to your hand you reversed where to put the two card (unless you meant to do it that way, in that case the ocg is still wrong) the dragons effects are to similar and blend, 900 is to much gain make it like 400, and for the level six dragon make it a level eight or lower it's ATK, 5/10 for the whole thing, only that much as to not dis coruge you.
