Equip to an opponent's monster. The monster cannot be used as a tribute. Each time it attacks, add 1 "Wanted level token" (Max 4). When the monster is destroyed and send to the graveyard, gain 500 lifepoints for each "Wanted level token" to your lifepoints.

Underpowered. They're unlikely to get 2, if even 1 tokens, before one of the cards leaves the field. I'd rather use Poison of the Old Man, and that card is awful.

I figured as such. Perhaps If I had something like "cannot be tributed" it would have more signification, or perhaps overpowered.
