Well, I am starting a new region, which is not an ROM, it's an MMORPG, and I am starting by posting the art here. Anyone who wants to help can, and I will acept requests on what I should make. Enjoy!

I'm at the end of my rope, I've CnC'd a lot of stuff tonight. I won't be going to in depth with these, but if you'd like me to, just let me know.

 

Charder is fairly poorly made. Shading is off, fangs probably should be white, and there is even some gray on the tail.

 

Ampisphere has some shading issue. The way you have the lightning bolt shaded doesn't match the rest of the sphere. You also could use some more contrasting shades, and look at electrode and Voltorb for a better idea how in general spheres are shaded. It also should be titled more, looking toward the left. I also don't like the eyes on it.

 

Protrall and Electrall need deeper and more wide scaled shading. You've actually done what is known as pillow shading to them, only shading near the edges. It makes them look very flat. They also are too simple. The simple Ball form was already done by Voltorb.

 

With how round you made the last two, I was surprised with Atomo. It's very unround, the floating balls and everything. He is also quite plain.

 

Dugduo is a concept I've never liked. I've seen a bunch of two headed Diglette guys, and I never liked the idea. Just seems weird to have something between the two. Their shape is also too wobbly. Take a better look at the normal Diglette and Dugtrio sprites.

 

If you're going to flip Kekleon for Phantini, make sure you reshade it. The shadow is purely 2D and needs some depth.

 

One last mention is on your skill. It fluctuates by a lot. You're able to draw plenty fine circles for some, but others are far from circles. Some you don't even seem to know how to properly recolor/shade like Charder, and some are pillow shade and too lightly done.Your style is all over the board and these all feel like they are from different sources and don't match each other.

If he is based on the atom, I'd think he'd have a very unified and not oblong form. His electrons should be round, and he should either be round or made up of multiple round objects. Also although shadows are meant to be flat, that doesn't mean they have to be flat against the screen. It's suppose to look like it's in a 3D space. Give it some curve, or perhaps a little more wrapping around the body or something.
