This card isn't very...Blackwingish to me.

 

The no hands effect part is better off for a Infernity deck. But it's effect is decent.

It's second effect isn't very Blackwingish either. It'd be good for the Burial From The Different Dimension card(or whatever it is) for Vayu though. Though it's attacking part is a direct combo for 4500 ATK. May need a tad bit more of a drawback. I dunno.

the first effect reminds me of Infernity Death Dragon. But it seams more lie an Infirnity than a Blackwing, but not bad. 7/10

Blackwing's are known for swarming the field so you should give it a swarming effect and the pic doesn't say Blackwing to me
