This card is unaffected by the effect of Spell Cards. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to change the Battle Position of 1 monster on the field. This card inflicts Piercing Damage.[/align]

It seems a little underpowered for a Dark Synchro. Considering you'll most likely have to tribute 2 monsters to get the Dark Tuner out, Spell immunity and its other effects don't seem to justify the cost.

 

I'd say add another effect. Something a little more manipulative perhaps, but with a cost, in order to keep the balance.
