gxsuperfan Posted February 8, 2010 Report Share Posted February 8, 2010 defently overpowered. black eyes cyber dragons effect is way to strong. pretty much invincible. all you have to do is have a card in your hand. and since you get a cyber dragon when summoning black eyes, it would make it even more overpowered. if for some reason u sent it into konami if they did make it a card, it would go right to the forbidden list. 2/10. just downgrade the effects and they would be pretty good.
