Batterymen Brought Back

I find that Batterymen are very unused these days. I decided to bring them back and try to see if i can run them successfuly. I found out a week later new Batterymen were comiing out in Shining Darkness. THEY SUCK! So instead I built a traditional Batteryman OTK. Tell me what you think and what I should change. If Honest becomes Semi-limited then I will replace one with Batteryman Fuel Cell from Shining Darkness.
