Lore: While this card remains face-up on the field, neither player can Synchro Summon, and this card's controller cannot Tribute Summon. While your opponent controls a face-up Synchro Monster, this card loses 1000 ATK. Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 Synchro Monster on the field. When this card declares an attack, flip a coin and call it. If you call it right, remove from play the top card of your opponent's Extra Deck. If you call it wrong, this card loses ATK equal to the number of cards in your opponent's Extra Deck x 100, until the End Phase.

You've used up an anti-Synchro effect I was going to use...anyway, it's alright, but like Aquamaster said, might suit Fiend/Zombie dual-typing.

Drop the first "is" >.>

And I think it's just fine as a fiend type.
