change 'may not attack' to 'cannot attack'

The image is nice...

I would suggest to give it a more creative name.

OCG. Blah. It gets annoying. I definetly have a cramp on card names right now. SO, Lineage Dragon is what came out. I know the name says Garoth now, but something was up with the uploader and wouldnt let me post the edited version.

They still can use it's effect, or used in a Synchro Summon too. It has it uses.
