Vayu gets around Oppression, and the BW special summon is only good when you know you have game.

I think 250. Have you tried Monster Gate in Dark Gaia Sworns? Neg Gale for it.

hmmm wouldn't you think 3 Lumina is overkill? possibly neg 1 for a Ryko or a Celestia? Hmmm I am not so sure here ... for the other cards ... possibly a Trade-In or two I'm not sure ... discard Raviel or Valkyrion for 2 more cards of use...
