'I'll build your chariot' Dante crooned, using his love powers even more. Now, the entire group of Hephaestus demigods was being affected 'If you'll just show me how. You and I both know that I can't do it alone. I need your help, Talia. Aphrodite won't even have a chance if you don't show me how to make a chariot. I don't know how, and you're the smartest person I can find... you're the best person who can help me. I need your help, Talia.'

Sula sighed as he saw the small Hephaetus girl snap in and out of love, he finally got sick of it and his blade shifted into a small metallic chain which he used to latch onto Dante's leg, tugging him away from the girl. "My blade, Silver Swan, is not called the Weapon of Choices for nothing, it retains the ability to shift its metallic structure into another item that may be required, unfortunatly it cannot transform into anything but a scythe or a flail but it works most of the time." He then dragged Dante away from the Hephaetus cabin, if he knew anything about the gods it was that Hephatus was strong, his children probably shared that.

Talia, and the whole group of Hephaestus demigods, snapped out of the Magical Aphrodite Love charm. Talia looked at the boy who had helped them snap back out of the love chance, and had helped them have a fair chance at winning the Chariot Race. "Thanks," Talia said to the boy, smiling warmly at the demigod. Talia turned to Dante, and glared, her eyes like daggers. "Let's go into our cabin, away from that Aphrodite demigod." Talia said to the other Hephaestus demigods. With a last thankful smile to the demigod who had helped them, she walked to the Hephaestus cabin.

"Huh?" Jecht saw Nikki. "Oh, hey. Nah, it seems some are a little afraid to pair up with me after what happened last year. They think its my fault we crashed, nothing happened except a possibly broken leg." He rolled his eyes. "You wouldn't be joining the races would you?" He asked hopefully. "If so I would be gald to have you on my team." He said smiling at her and then sticking a huge piece of metal shaped like a squarish shield in the water cooling it down and hardening it. "Well, that's done." He said mostly to himself. It turned out to be harder than he thought to get it the exact right shape and the right amount of curve.

Chiron lowered his bow as he saw the love magic war between Hephaestus kids and Dante the Aphrodite half-blood. "Now kids!" he said trotting off giving Ian an apologetic look. Ian blew out a short breath and threw his bow to the floor. "Didn't much like archery anyway." He said pulling out his phone and hitting the home button. Suddenly he was at the Hermes cabin where kids were rushing out in bathing suits to go for a quick swim. He didn't know anything about the Chariot races and he hoped the Stoll brothers had some ideas for chariots. He did have one however and he walked up to the Stoll brothers who were arguing about who won the sword dual they had just had. "Hey guys why can't we fly the chariots with Pegasi?" Ian asked. The stoll brothers exchanged amused expressions and nodded enthusiastically.

IC: 'I'd be happy to.' Nikki agreed, nodding earnestly. 'I don't really have any partner right now anyway. Anything I can do to help? I don't really have any ideas for the chariot, but I could maybe-' Nikki gasped quietly. 'You know what I do, don't you? My humming? If we attached something to make it a bit louder...' She trailed off, thinking about how they could empower her sleep song. 'I'll try to supply the animals. What do you think? Horses or... I overheard Ian and those Stolls talking about pegasi. Hmm... I'll practice my confusion song. That should help to knock out others' animals. Maybe should... Sooth Song... mounted... If I just... orb... connecting... invulnerable... would it?... Ring...' Nikki started muttering under her breath, in unintelligible strings of words. 'invisible... Talia... dagger... Sleep Song... pegasus... Otus... bow?... No, I'll keep... maybe cables... parasitic?... Aphrodite's... he could decoy... lead away with... falcoknight?... Distract... Centaur blood... Ephialtus... Sleep love magicks... Apollo... Greek firebombs... stun pulses?... acidic... ring... horses... Dante?... Sooth Song... stilletto... distraction... If we're touching?... carry... Talia... No... going to die... only one...' Nikki then stopped talking at all, and started thinking again, her complex mind already formulating several plans, very few of them related to the chariot races.

Dante grinned at Talia. She would help him. He wouldn't give her a choice. And he'd get help by the most diabolical person in camp. Dante walked over to the forge.

 

'Nikki, I need your help.'

A while later, Nikki was still explaining her plan to Dante. 'So you're sure this will work?' Dante asked, holding the silken scarf doubtfully. 'Of course it'll work. This scarf was enchanted by every female Aphrodite camper I could find; it's love magic is weak, but completely unnoticable. Aphrodite's sons are good with powerful magic, her daughters are better at tricky love. You prefer to use your magicks on sleeping girls?' 'Of course,' Dante replied, 'that way they can't stop it anywhere near as easily.' 'Aphrodite's sons are better on sleeping girls, her daughters are better on concious boys. So this scarf, coupled with her sleeping, and your powerful magic, will guarantee that it will work.' 'But, why would Talia fall asleep during Capture the Flag?' Dante aasked, still not understanding Nikki's plan. And perhaps that's for the better... Nikki thought. 'You just leave that to me. Either way, make sure you're wearing the scarf when you use your magicks on her.' 'But does it have to be pink, though?' Dante asked, unwilling to wear it during Capture the Flag. 'Yes. I've had this charmed by every girl in Aphrodite. You should just deal with the fact that at least one girl in Aphrodite refused to charm this unless it was pink. But that's not the point, the point is that as long as you are wearing this scarf when you charm her, and she's sleeping, and you're using your love magic as much as you can, there's no way this can fail.' 'But, if I use my love powers too much, she'll just...' Dante trailed off. 'Love magic is less effective on sleeping targets, and the scarf will weaken your love powers further, but it will also make them completely unnoticable. There's no way this can fail, whether the love power is too weak or too strong.' Nikki repeated again. Dante paused. 'Okay.' And then he pocketed Nikki's scarf.

IC: Jecht handed her one of his designs before she walked off. "Here, you can make any modifications nessicary." He said knowing she would have some tricks up her sleeves. He thought it was slightly odd some of the words she said. Well, that was strange but celver. He thought thinking of her sleep song amplified. He continued on the metal works of the chairot until he heard a conch blow. Jecht set his metal works in the Athena storage and place a puzzle lock that cannot be broken and can only be opened by a child of Athena. He put all the forge safty equip,emt away and ran towards the dinner pavilon. There Chiron stood."

 

"Campers, here's to the first offical capture the flag game. The leaders of the teams are Athena and Ares. Athena you have the east side of the forest. Ares the right. The river is the boderline and I will be referre amd on field medic. Magical items are allowed. Get suited up and ready!" He said as everyone started to scramble to put armors on get get weapons ready. ((To Jakeronijo:I will control Chiron if you are ot online at the time))

 

Jecht was putting on his breastplate and getting the straps adjusted when he glaced over at Nikki. She will have no doubt some sort of trick ready for the game.

Tyson is done his three hours of training. He broke a couple of training dolls too so he a happy he did that. When he started walk towards the gates that go out of the training area, he swing his sword and hit a tree which cut the in half. 'Wow I am getting stronger."Tyson said to himself but saying it out loudly. Then he pick up his sword and put over his shoulder aand then walk through the gates of the training area. As he did he feel the power going through him. Also he heard a lot of things happen all around him. But he want to get home and sit down on his chair.

IC: Ian heard the conch and stopped what he was doing and pulled out his phone. "Time to rock." He said hitting a button. He was suddenly in the area with the Hermes cabin and Athena. Head of Athena was giving commands. Ian grabbed the other shield he needed and set his phone to shield. He made sure his horse plume was straight and he put his armor on properly. He looked around for Dante but didn't see him.

'Finally!' Dante exclaimed. He made sure the scarf Nikki had given him was still in his coat pocket, and then drew his blades, his coat shifting to armor.

Nikki started shouting commands to her team. 'Undetermineds, go around north edge. Aphrodite, south. Use your powers as much as you can, to attract every possible enemy. Ian, you lead a strike force with some other Hermes' center. Apollo, stay here on Zeus' Fist for protection and shoot at anyone who comes near. Athena, border guard. I'll lead you four-' She pointed at four random campers, including Dante, '-Ahead to scout. Come on people, get into position.'

Ian's shield turned to a sword and he swung it around his hand before it turned back to a shield. "Okay." He said motioning to the Stoll brothers and a kid who looked more like an Ares camper than a Hermes camper because of his huge muscles and the expression on his face was lethal. He needed to know where the flag was but he decided the Phone's navigator was cheating even though magical items were allowed he didn't think instant flag finding items were included. Ian disregarded and waited for Chiron to blow the conch signaling the begging of the game.

Jecht nodded at Nikki. He was a little confused at her skills. It was a decent plan, not bad at all, but it seemed as if she had pratice doing this, but then again she could just be a fast learner. Then all the groups were gathered and Jecht was leading the Athena border guards. Then Chiron's chonch horn blew and the different groups from both teams rushed through the trees. Jecht and the other Athena members near the river. "Behind the trees!" He hissed at the border patrol as they spread out behind the trees, some with bows, other with various melee weapons.

Nikki, Dante, and three other campers raced forwards over the border. Nikki then whispered to them all to be silent. There was a nearly unnoticable beep and the three campers with Dante and Nikki were suddenly unconcious.

'Now then, let's put my plan into action.' Nikki muttered. Dante gaped.

'What happened to them?'

'Don't worry, they'll live.' Nikki replied without answering his question. 'Probably...' She added under her breath. Then, Nikki and Dante, hidden by Nikki's ring and Dante's Nightslayer, crept deeper and deeper into the enemies' lines. Then, Nikki saw Talia.

'Cover your ears.' She advised Dante, and then, Dante unable to hear her, Nikki began to hum.

Ian sped up as he ran towards where he thought the flag was. Running and running never stoping once. He zoomed over the water so fast he ran on the surface. By the time he stopped the heroes with him were no where to be found. He shrugged and continued running hoping he might find the flag soon. With joy he saw it up ahead. He pushed off with his feet and ran forward fast. with all his might he lept through the shield which was his phone turned to his caduces and he flew towards the flag goping he could make it before the ares camper on guard could see him. He brought the sword down as he fell in the direction of the camper.

As soon as Talia was asleep, Nikki handed Dante some magical earplugs, which would prevent him from hearing anything, so she could continue humming without knocking him out.

Dante put on the earplugs and scarf, and Nikki resumed her song.

'You may hate me in your mind,' He said, using his love powers with such force that if Talia was consious, she'd have been knocked unconsious. 'But now, you have no choice but to love me in your heart.' I just hope Nikki's right about this scarf. He thought. He put his hand over her heart, strengthening the connection further. After doing this for several minutes, Dante was thoroughly exhausted. But he wasn't quite done. He finished the enchantment by kissing Talia gently on the lips, ensuring that she would never be happy without him near her. Then Dante got up. He signalled to Nikki, who stopped humming instantly. Then Dante took out the earplugs, and asked her, 'So you're absolutely certain that this scarf will make my magic completely unnoticable?'

'How many times must I tell you?' She replied, 'The thought that you enchanted her will never even cross her mind, and she will refuse to believe it, no matter who tells her. Talia is well and truly in love with you, in every sense of the word. I guarantee it.'

'Good.' Dante replied. 'Now, let's go Capture a Flag.'

And then they ran off to Capture a Flag.

Ian and his grouped were blocked off by a group of burly Ares members. While Ian was running as fast as he could he ran straight into one of them. "Where do you think your going, Punk?!" He said pushing him back and holding his sword challenging him in a one on one while the others Ian led were fighting other Ares and meanwhile Demeter children were tieing the groups that were going around in thorn bushes and jabbing with spears.

 

Some of the Hephutas guys fell asleep listening to Nikki's humming but others didn't seem affected at all and charged at her and Dante.

 

 

((I will need someone to control all of Ian's group and someone to control each of the left and right flanks.))

 

Jecht and the border patrol were trying to fight off some Ares kids that trying to get past but the arrows were just making dents in their armor so others ran forwards carrying swords and shields led by Jecht. He knocked back an Ares kid but another battered him with his shield.

Dante drew his blades and charged the Hephaestus demigods, his coat quickly shifting into armor, shining and silver. He easily disarmed the first few, and then Nikki began wielding her knife. She got into a deadlock with one Ares demigod, and then she managed to hit by swinging her silver sphere into the side of his face, loaded with enough centrifugal force to knock him unconcious. A perfectly circular red welt was left on the side of his head, right above the left ear. Then, she leapt right over another camper, her long, slender legs easily passing the Hephaestus camper's head. Nikki then ducked under a camper's attack, and he ended up hitting another Ares camper. Then, Dante and Nikki got their backup. The entire Hermes cabin, save for Ian's strike force, had intercepted the battle, and had come to their aid. Swords clashed, and shouts of battle filled the air. Then, there was a beep that was completely unheard, and suddenly everyone in the battle was unconcious.

Jecht saw the Ares campers fall to the gorund unconious. Nikki? He thought then took chance and ran for flag. The flag was in his sight when a large force of monsters attacked! Hellhounds, snake women, even a giant or two. Jecht was in shock for a moment then yelled "Fall back! Fall back!" Under other circumstances he would have ordered them to fight but seeing half of the camp was unconious he didn't think they had a chance. "Nikki!" He called out, supspecting that it was her who was responsible for the camp beinh unconious and hoping she could wake them up again.

Ian's Hermes shield turned to a sword and he whacked the ares camper with the side of the blade and his sword turned into a caduces and he flew over the unconcious camper. He landed in front of the flag. He ditched the shield he had picked up and he grabbed the flag looking around for any trouble.

IC: Talia stood up, confused. For a second, she didn't know what was going on at all. Suddenly, a rush of emotion surged over her. She couldn't stand it. Where was Dante? She had to be with him, every second, how could they not be on a team, why wasn't Talia over with Dante...? A Hephaestus demigod looked at her strangely.

"What are you doing Talia, daydreaming? We're in the middle of capture the flag 3right now!" The Hephaestus demigod yelled to her, but Talia was yet still in a trance, caused by the love magic.

"Why am I here?" Talia said dreamily, staring into space. "Where is he?" Talia said, looking around. The Hephaestus demigod just looked at her strangely, and ran off to continue playing Capture the Flag.

ooc: Technically, she'd wake up during the battle. But yes, basically, she did fall asleep during Capture the Flag.

IC: Nikki turned visible. Then she started to do battle with the army of monsters. She started humming an alert song to wake the unconcious campers. 'RETREAT!!!!!!!!' She shouted far louder than should be possible. The campers ran. Then, Nikki said one word, 'Activate.' Then, there was a tiny beep, and large numbers of the monsters started disintigrating. Dante then saw the army of monsters. 'What the?' Then he started mutilating monsters, his armor gleaming brightly, Omega and Nightslayer flashing in the sunlight, black and white.

Ian slashed at a row of monsters disintegrating them and keeping the flag high. He wouldn't let his team down even in an onslaught of monsters. He flipped in the air and brought his sword down into the head of a hell hound before running off towards the boundry slashing at Dracnae oalong the way. The monsters were not going away it seemed like for every one he killed 4 more replaced it and Ian hacked away.

Bio: Harry grw up as an orphan. His schooling has been varied and paid for by an anonymous donor. He was found after being attacked by a Cyclops. His father, Dionysus, claimed him immediately upon his arrival. His father bestowed upon him two gifts, a magical cup and sword.

IC: Once the other camper awoke some ran to the group of alarmed campers ion shock but others went head on towards the crowd of monsters. He knew he couldn't just let the campers that were attacking be killed. He held his sword up and yelled "CHARGE!!!" and the flurry of various campers banded together and charged at the line of monsters but they didn't care one bit and charged back. The mosters and camper chrashed. You could hear screaming and yelling and white dust was everywhere. Jecht sliced the leg off a giant but a hellhound made a large scracht across his back. His whole back started to burn but he continued fighting until Chiron ran into the flurry and started firing arrow after arrow at the monsters.

 

 

Soon the monsters were destroyed but many of the campers were injured and were being carried off to the advanced Apollo campers and Chiron was helping out to with some with bad cuts. Jecht's back was burning and felt pain with every step he took.
