[spoiler=Effect] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 Fiend-Type monster you control and 1 Fiend-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard when your opponent Negates a Spell or Trap card you control. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, you can return all Face down cards on your Field back to your hand.

Aiku: I-I'll stick with the original one, if it doesn't bother you too much.

OCG: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 Fiend-Type monster you control and 1 Fiend-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard when your opponent negated a Spell or Trap card you control. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, you can return all face-down cards you control to your hand.

Effect: The effect isn't really this great. Not because it isn't useful, but having a 4000 ATK monster with the effect of returning all the hiding Trap and shield Set monsters is WAY to strong. In the end, it's Overpowered.

Image and Name: Two things: Where is the "Shadow"? and where is the Fiend-Type? All I see is a giant robot, not a terrifying monster of the darkness itself. Very, very sad to see such a great expectation to go to waste.

Overall: 6.1/10

Ummmm you Tribute a Fiend-Type monster, discard a Fiend-Type monster, and Summon a Fiend-Type monster... except that he looks like a Robot.

Major image flaw.

Other than that, I find this guy weaker than "Darkness Neosphere". He's harder to Summon and his Set-returning effect works on your cards only... For a harder Summoning requirement, I'd expect a better S/T-returning effect.

And if he's Summoned in relation to S/T, wouldn't his invulnerability be to S&T?
