and why only 2 skill drain?

Every time I tested with 3 I always got a dead draw with 3 skill drain... and since I switched to 2 I've had a 10 duel winning streak. Also, for PSZ and Gale, should I take out Torapart and what?

Copy Plant actually comes in useful at times so I wanna keep it there and so does Krebons.
