These are my two newest cards made in MSE. I didn't feel like making the anime-tv-style cards...So...Here they are:

Lore: During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, add 1 "Royal Soldier" to your hand.

Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 "Royal Soldier"

Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by x200 for each "Royal Soldier" in your Graveyard and removed from play. If your opponent declares an attack on a monster you control, you can pay 250 Life Points to switch the target of the attack to this card. There can only be 1 face-up "Royal Commander" on the field.

Lore: This card can only be activated if a "Royal Soldier" that you control is destroyed. Negate the effect of the card. Flip a coin and call it. If called right, add up to 2 "Royal Soldiers" to you hand. You cannot Summon any of the added monsters until your next turn.

Hmmm

 

 

Royal Soldier: Nice and balanced. The only thing I would change is the ATK; 1500 is a bit shy of what he would need to get past some of the other threats out there. I would give him 1600 or 1700 instead. That way (without considering stat boosting/dropping cards) he can at least crash with cards like Mezuki and B.W. Bora. However, this also means that you can't search for it with cards like Sangan, so it's up to you whether you want them to be stronger or more searchable. The thing I really like is that you could Book of Moon someones monster and then attack it with Royal Soldier; most monsters that are played these days don't have much more than 1000 defense, and most have less, so it would be easy to get some piercing damage in. The searching effect is even better, allowing you to keep up the pressure and adding combo potential to it.

 

Playability/Balance: 9/10. I love it!

 

Creativity: 8/10. Decent image, but why is he wearing a such a Gundam-ish helmet? Also, good pick on the theme name. Suprisingly, there aren't any other themes with this name yet. Maybe you could make them like the soldiers of that kingly guy on Royal Decree and Imperial Order?

 

Final Comment: I like this card, and I would use it my old-school style warrior deck in a heartbeat.

 

Average: 8.5/10

 

Royal Commander: Another fairly well balanced card. Being able to change attack targets is cool, but you might want a few more points under his belt to get the job done. I would recommend 2500-2600, because as he is he can get run over by most of the other synchros, and a 200 point increase for his fallen comrades is not quite enough to deal with them. Conversely, you could increase the amount of points he gets for each one to 300-500, so that you would not need all 3 of the royal soldier on the graveyard for him to really be tough to take down in battle. Finally, the fact that he needs to be synchroed with a Royal Soldier is a bit of an issue. Most synchro monsters that need a specific type or specific monster aren't used very often because of how that restriction reduces your chances of summoning them. I would recommend making it one tuner plus one "Royal" monster instead, and then maybe make more monsters for this archetype.

 

Playability/Balance: 7.5/10

 

Creativity: 7/10

 

Final Comment: The image used for this is almost identical for the last one. Try using a different warrior-king type of image perhaps?

 

Average: 7.25/10

 

Royal Gathering: There are OCG errors and slight grammar errors on this one. As for the card itself, I think it is good. The only thing that keeps ot from being great I think is the last effect. Not being able to summon monsters for two turns (if you activate it on your turn) is very bad, and people generally do not run cards like that. Most people would either set this on their turn and activate it during the opponents turn or use it during their battle phase anyway so that limitation becomes a bit frivolous, as they most likely would have summoned already by then. My only other nitpick is the coin-tossing. Maybe discarding a card or something more creative would be better, but to me coin tossing doesn't really represent royalty very well.

 

Playablity: 8/10 pretty good card, and pretty well balanced,

 

Creativity: 9/10 Very good. Just remove the OCG errors and it looks great.

 

Final Comment: I like this archetype. Could you make more?

i would love to make some more...but it will be awhile before i actually make more...so don't give your hopes up...

 

anyway: for royal soldier's image, it already look gundam-ish, and i didn't want to edit the image to something else (besides, idk how :p )

As I can see, you use MSE too. Why don't align the text of your cards ? This way they could look more realistic. (If you don't know how, just go to: Style;Styling options;Rules alignment;Justified)

Great to see these cards, I knida wondered what was with the first two, for a minute I thought you moved the first cards human pic in it just a bit, but than looked closer. lol. So I give you a 10/10, because I don't see many flaws in it, except for the ones already pointed out. You should make some more, but I like it anyhow. good job.
