The card's Type is Black Magic. This is a Type only used in the manga. I asked a mod and he said it's legit for custom cards and can go in RC.

When this card is Fusion Summoned, Special Summon all Dragon-Type monsters in your Deck in order from top to bottom until all adjacent monster Zones on your side of the field are filled. The Summoned cards cannot attack or be used to Tribute Summon a monster. Once per turn, place 1 Aztec Counter on 1 monster on your side of the field that is effected by this effect, then Tribute 1 monster on your side of the field. All cards with Aztec Counters on them gain ATK equal to the cards Tributed by the effect of this card. When there is only 1 monster on your side of the field, it has an Aztec Counter on it, and 3 monsters have been Tributed to increase it's ATK, it can attack twice during this Battle Phase and is then destroyed. This card cannot attack.

 

 

 

 

 

Lore-

Activate when 3 Dragon-Type monsters have been destroyed since the beggining of the Duel. The destroyed cards are Summoned to your side of the field with their ATK and DEF treated as 1000, and they cannot attack for 6 turns. Once per turn, select a Dragon-Type monster with a Counter on it. The selected card is sent to your opponent's Extra Deck, but it can attack normally as if it were in face-up Attack Position on your side of the field, and is destroyed 2 turns after it has been affected by this effect.
